What we collect
When you submit a security assistance request, enrol in a course or write a review, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number where given, the website or application you are asking about, and the description you provide. We also record the IP address the submission came from, purely to rate-limit abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to run the engagement or enrolment you asked for, and to keep a record of the work. Reviews are stored so they can be moderated and published. That is the whole list.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not put passwords, API keys, private keys or customer personal data into the contact form. If we need credentials for an engagement, we will agree a secure channel for them separately.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are retained while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Engagement evidence is retained according to the schedule agreed in the engagement contract, and destroyed on that schedule. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Who can see it
Only the CyberKnight team members working on your enquiry or engagement. We do not share submissions with third parties except where we are legally required to.
Cookies
This site sets a single session cookie so forms and security tokens work. It is removed when you close your browser. No analytics or advertising cookies are set by us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it.
